We want to give a big thank you to all our customers who take time to write reviews about their experience with us! The G2 Summer 2022 report is out, and we’ve earned two new badges for Momentum Leader in the Mobile App Analytics category, and High Performer in the Product Analysis category.
We’ve defended our Leader and Best Results titles in the Mobile App Analytics category which we secured in the Spring 2022 report.
Trusted software review site, G2, rates products and vendors based on feedback and ratings gathered from their user community and data aggregated from online sources and social networks. To ensure all reviews are fair, G2 requires users to have a LinkedIn profile and to avoid biases, a user can’t review a product that they work for currently, or have worked for in the past.
TLDR here’s what we’re most excited about:

Let’s take a deeper look into our G2 review highlights for this summer, and explore why our users gave us such high scores.
We’ve kept our Leader status in the Mobile App Analytics category!
G2 calculates leaders based on having a high and consistent customer satisfaction score, as well as having a large market presence.
98% of users rated our tool between 4 and 5 stars, and a 95% of users said they would be likely to recommend UXCam.
As well as being a Leader in the Mobile App Analytics category, we’re also excited about our Momentum Leader badge, which is awarded to products achieving the most positive movement over the past year.
When it comes to the setup of UXCam, a whopping 97% of users said that the implementation of our tool was easy, this is well above the average score of 86%. This gives us an overall rank of 4th easiest to use mobile app optimization software.
To get this score, we needed to achieve:
A high level of customer satisfaction with the set-up process
A high user adoption percentage
An easy implementation method
To receive this score, G2 requires a minimum of 10 reviews, with at least 5 answers to questions based on:
The ease of setup and how long it took to go live, and
How they implemented the tool
UXCam is now the highest rated product in the Mobile Crash Reporting Software category with a G2 satisfaction score of 93 out of 100.
We have also ranked number 1 for usability in the Mobile Crash Reporting category with a score of 8.8 out of 10.
To earn these badges, the following is taken into account:
Customer satisfaction based on ease of use and ease of admin of the product
Responses to questions based on how the product meets the requirements of the user
The number of reviews on G2
To achieve the ‘Users Love Us’ badge, a product must collect a consistent and high customer rating from the G2 reviews of at least 4 stars. To date, UXCam has an average score of 4.7/5 stars.
This season we have achieved an amazing score for Ease of Setup at 97%, the average being 86%.
We also achieved an incredible score for our Support Quality at 9.5 out of 10 - shout out to our amazing Customer Success team for keeping customers happy!

Products are rated on G2 based reviews gathered from their user community and data aggregated from online sources and social networks. They apply a unique algorithm to calculate the customer satisfaction and market presence scores in real-time.
The review scores are calculated by:
The recency of the review
The amount of feedback provided (length of review)
Whether the reviewer kept their name and company public
Whether the reviewer is a current or past user of the product
Community engagement with the review
