We happen to be a pretty self-reflective bunch here at UXCam. As the year draws to a close and we look back, we are highly aware of how pivotal it was for our employees, customers, and the industry at large. We want to thank you for having shared with us this year that was full of challenges, constant adaptation, and continuous learning.
While digital adoption was always on the rise, the pandemic and the subsequent lockdowns have led to an explosive rise in the adoption of mobile experience as the primary differentiator for user engagement. As more industries and verticals start to focus on optimizing their in-app screen experience, we have tried to innovate and lead the way in the world of mobile behavioral analytics.
We have big plans for the new year, but today we want to share some of our key highlights from 2020.
About a year ago, we set out to transform ourselves into an Experience Analytics solution. By combining the key touch points between quantitative and qualitative data, we wanted to become the one-stop solution for mobile app teams to get a 360 degree view of their app’s user experience metrics.
This was obviously no easy task. Our team has been hard at work over the past 12 months, releasing a bunch of pioneering features that are used daily by some of the biggest companies in the world right now.
You can measure all aspects of your user behavior by configuring and sending Events to your UXCam dashboard. We see our customers using Event Analytics on a daily basis to track every aspect of their user behavior; UI freezes, user frustration, adoption of new features, conversion steps, and many more.
But it doesn’t stop there either. We want to provide you more context around Events, letting you quickly jump to the relevant sessions associated with a particular Event. No more guessing around why there is a drop in the user flow, or why there is a sudden rise in rage taps; quickly navigate to the affected sessions to find what you are looking for with Event Replay.
With Issue Analytics, you can quickly prioritize and address the crashes, UI freeze instances, and affected sessions on your app. With our advanced filtering capabilities and crash logs, you can easily identify the common links between the most common technical issues to radically streamline your debugging process.
Issue Analytics takes us one step closer to the goal of empowering your entire team with the relevant user behavior metrics that they need, by combining app experience metrics and crash analysis in a single solution.
With Screen Flow Analytics, you get a comprehensive overview of user navigation through various screens in your app in a single place. You can use the advanced filtering options to zoom in on user segments that you are interested in, and to understand how exactly they navigate through your app. It is also a great way to test out new hypotheses, by measuring changes in user journey after the release of a new screen or app feature.
Our mission has always centered around helping you craft the perfect user experience for your product. This unrelenting focus has helped us grow together over the years, playing a part in many growth stories while becoming a market leader in mobile experience analytics.
As we step into 2021, we want to take a moment to say thank you to all of our wonderful customers. We wouldn’t have gotten this far without your consistent, quality feedback and feature requests that constantly pushed us to stay on top of our game.
We have some really cool stuff coming your way pretty soon. But for now, we hope you get a well deserved break, and enjoy the holidays. Have a wonderful year ahead!
