What is Appsee?

Appsee was a qualitative analytics service for mobile apps.

The Israeli company was founded in 2012 by Zahi Boussiba and Yoni Douek. It collected $3 million in funding between 2013 and 2014.

The software firm ServiceNow acquired Appsee in May 2019 for an undisclosed amount. After the acquisition, Appsee got shut down.

Why was Appsee important?

Appsee was one of the first solutions that brought qualitative analytics to mobile apps.

Appsee had features such as Session Replay or Heatmaps, which were relatively new at the time.
