What you'll find inside

We surveyed 157 product professionals across 34 countries on how they actually use AI at work. The result is the clearest picture yet of AI in product management in 2026, past adoption and into the harder questions of pressure, access, and accountability.

  • Adoption is mainstream: 99% use AI, 70% spend five or more hours a week with it, and the typical product professional runs 2.6 tools at once.
  • Three counter-intuitive curves: pressure rises with depth (7.7 vs 4.9), integration falls as companies grow (47% vs 30%), and skeptics adopt almost as much as believers (58% vs 66%).
  • What's still missing: access, not model quality, is the number one blocker (30%), and 70% of leaders grew AI budgets while only 6% set AI OKRs.
