Dashboards: your numbers, live and in one place

Share:

Every Monday, someone on your team copies the same numbers into the same slides. By Wednesday they're out of date. A UXCam dashboard keeps those numbers live, in one place, for everyone, and you don't even have to build it yourself.

What you'll learn

  • Where are my dashboards? Your pinned dashboards sit at the top of Analytics, and everything your team built is sorted into categories.

  • Can Tara build it for me? Tell her what to track. She points you to an existing dashboard first, or proposes one for you to approve.

  • Is there a ready-made one? Templates for common jobs, like Product Pulse for the questions most teams ask every week.

  • Can I build my own? Pick a metric, filter it, group it and chart it, or tell Tara what to change. Add notes and session watchlists too.

  • How do I read it? Global filters change every card at once. Click a funnel's drop-off to see the people behind it and watch their sessions.

  • How do I keep it useful? Pin, file and share dashboards, and ask Tara to review one daily, weekly or monthly.

Dashboards worth building

  • A launch dashboard for your next feature: how many people try it, who comes back and where they get stuck.

  • A release dashboard that compares your newest version with the last one: crashes, freezes and conversion.

  • A Monday dashboard for leadership, with five numbers and a short note.

  • One dashboard per team: growth watches sign-ups, product watches engagement and engineering watches stability.

Your first step

Add the Product Pulse template and pin it to the top.
