In an online store, Add to cart might be the most important button there is. What do people do right before they press it, and what happens right after? That's where sales are won or lost, and that's what the Events page shows you.
What are people doing? Every action in your app or on your website, with how many people did it, how often and how that's changing.
Got a quick question? Ask Tara from the list what changed, which groups do it most, or to keep an eye on it.
How healthy is this event? How often it happens, the friction around it, which screens it happens on and how iOS and Android compare.
Do people come back to it? Trends, adoption, and how many people do it again a week or a month later.
What comes before and after? The Journey tab puts the event in the middle of what people did around it.
What are they adding? The details sent with each event, like product and price, ranked so the most useful come first.
Can I see it happen? Representative replays that start right at the moment of the event.
Just launched a feature? Open its event and check whether people come back to it.
Look at your most important action, like a purchase or a sign-up, and find out what leads to it.
Compare iOS and Android for the same event.
Ask Tara to keep an eye on your key events, so you hear about drops before your customers do.
Open the event your business depends on most.
